Building on the foundation provided by the first seminar, this full-time programme will ACTIVATE and DEVELOP your social and professional English. The offsite setting of this seminar at Spitzingsee allows the creation of a "breakfast-to-bedtime" English atmosphere and full concentration on the programme content.

using English in difficult or delicate situations. Dealing politely

8. Telephone English - (for PA's and Assistants) words and expressions for typical telephone situations, dealing with unexpected callers and speaking under pressure.

to International groups, handling post-presentation questions and discussion.
10. Correct & Clear Pronunciation - the most common pronunciation mistakes, the
effect of accents and dialects, improving the quality of your English pronunciation.
11. Hosting & Entertaining VIP guests - between the welcoming of senior colleagues and business clients, and the saying of goodbye, we need to manage a range of business-social situations in English. Dining, company touring, hosting special events, and looking after the general well-being of our VIP guests.

DOCUMENTATION & SEMINAR MATERIALS
The seminar is supported by comprehensive documentation. You will receive
Reference materials, checklists, wordlists, learning cards, and other materials. All cases, examples and texts are taken from authentic and up-to-date British or American sources.
METHODOLOGY
Modern instructional methods involving: presentations, discussion, and Q&A sessions; structured exercises and mini-tests, business communication cases, examples from
International business, politics and the mass media.

If you intend to arrive the evening before the seminar starts, please inform
us as soon as possible so that we may reserve you an extra night in the
hotel (see reservation form).

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS & PRICE
Please use the enclosed reservation form to reserve your seminar place and
hotel accommodation. We do recommend early registration as places are
limited. The seminar fee of € 1150,- (+ MwSt) includes all instruction,
documentation and 2 evening programmes. You may cancel your place without
charge up to 6 weeks before the seminar start date, thereafter 50% of the
seminar fee is payable plus any hotel cancellation charges.
ACCOMMODATION
The hotel has offered us a special group price of € 428.- per person;
this price includes comfortable single room, breakfast, lunch, dinner
and conference facilities with coffee/tea and 2 soft drinks per day.
We shall confirm your hotel reservation after receiving your registration.
Please settle your hotel bill personally upon departure.
